Yes. Every course we offer is registered with the state licensing board for the trade and state it's listed under. You'll see the specific approval information — provider number, course number, or both — on each course page. If you don't see your state listed for your trade, contact us and we'll let you know if we're adding it soon.
Visit our course catalog and use the filters to narrow down by trade and state. You can also search by keyword — typing "ethics" or "NEC" or your state board's name will surface relevant courses.

Yes. When you enroll in a course, you'll create an account with your email and a password. This lets you save your progress, log in from any device, and access your certificate later.

Taking the course
Yes. Your progress saves automatically every time you log out. Come back whenever you want — from a phone, tablet, or computer — and pick up exactly where you left off.
Yes. All our courses work on any modern device — iPhone, Android, iPad, laptop, or desktop. You can even switch between devices mid-course and your progress will follow you.
Most courses have no expiration once you enroll — you can take as long as you need. That said, your license renewal deadline with the state board is what really matters. We recommend finishing well before your license expires so we have time to report your hours to the board.
Our audio narrator reads the course content aloud — perfect if you absorb information better by listening, or if you want to study during a commute or while working. It's available as an add-on for $1.99 per course, and it's included free with courses redeemed using a corporate voucher.
It depends on the course and your state's requirements. Some courses have no tests at all — just complete the content and you're done. Others require a final quiz to meet state board standards. Each course page lists whether there's a quiz so you know before you enroll.
You can retake the quiz as many times as you need. There's no penalty and no extra fee — we just want you to learn the material and pass.
Yes. You can log back into your account at any time to review the course content. Your certificate stays in your account too, so you can re-download it whenever you need a copy.
Certificates & state reporting
Immediately. The moment you finish the course (and pass the final quiz if there is one), your certificate of completion is emailed to the address on file. It's also saved in your account so you can download it again anytime.
Within 24 hours of completion. Whether it's TDLR, DBPR, DOI, or your state board's equivalent, we submit your completion record fast so you can renew without delay.
Yes. We report your CE completion to the state, but the actual license renewal happens between you and your state board — usually through their online portal. We just make sure your CE requirement is satisfied before you go renew.
No problem — your certificate is permanently stored in your account. Just log in and download a new copy. If you need help finding it, call us at (800) 698-2770.
Yes. Because we're an approved provider for the boards we serve, your certificate includes our provider number and course approval ID — the exact information state boards look for. We also report your completion directly, so the board has the record on file even if you never present the certificate.

Yes. A receipt is automatically emailed to you after checkout. If you need a formal invoice for tax or expense reporting, contact us and we'll send a customized version with your company information.

After you buy in bulk, we email you a unique voucher code for each seat. You distribute the codes to your employees however you want — Slack, email, text. Each employee creates an account, enters the code, and gets immediate access to the course at no cost to them, plus the free audio narrator.
Yes. We'll automatically email you every time an employee starts a course and again when they finish. The completion email includes their certificate, so you have a record without chasing anyone.
